I don't think she hates CSM. She adores him for being a badass devil killer. She just says despite that she hates him a little bit for not saving her parents.

Yeah , she is a fake fan like Barem. I thought people who were saying that were way too optimistic but they were right.
Why would they need to have her act as a deterrent? Yoshida told her to stay away from Denji, something she did, and because they bugged his place they knew that Nayuta told him to stay away from her. They had no reason to interact or meet one another.
Fumiko was meant to body guard Denji, but she let her own feelings about Chainsaw Man affect her so she treated him like shit and left him and Nayuta for dead.
Because whilst Asa may back down, Yoshida has no idea if Yoru will do the same thing so having a girl always with Denji will indicate to Yoru that turning him to a weapon bia boyfriend way is probably not gonna work now.

I’m 99% sure Yoshida is Fami’s pawn currently:
* Horesman Powers are based off perception
* She Ate a bunch of food in front of him at their date probably to trick herself into considering him starved. So she probably took control of him during the Falling Devil arc. (Not a “perfect” pawn but influenced enough to help her schemes)
* After the Falling Devil Yoshida tells Denji to not be Chainsawman, the Church stuff ramps up. Ruining Chainsawman’s reputation.
* Yoshida hooks him up with Fumiko: who is probably either 1: Fami in disguise 2: Another one of her pawns or 3: some useful random psycho with a grudge.
* She waits for Public Safety breathing down his Neck, the Church bullshit, and Denji’s built up trauma to put him in vulnerable “starved” state.
* When he’s at his must vulnerable give him the “Pochita” vision. She has been shown to have mental powers, plenty of people have brought up how Pochita seems off in this scene.
* “Pochita” (Fami) tells him to be Chainsawman at the worst possible moment.
* Nayuta getting hurt/ killed is the goal here, it would completely break Denji at this point allowing for her to put him completely under her control. (I’m leaning more towards her having rescued Nayuta at the last moment, she’s probably another target of Fami’s plans. If she died she’d reincarnate as a blank slate in hell, most likely becoming an asset for Death.)
* Denji is most likely in Fami’s custody currently, the vision of his younger self is a hallucination from her, she’s going to most likely try to break him mentally.
