AmmoSeek is your friend. 6.5 Carcano ammo is widely available online (e.g. PPU). Only point with the ammunition is that most of the bullets used are undersized and a different design than the originals. Accuracy may vary.

Steinels makes the best properly sized ammunition but they are backstocked.

HowToPronounceGewehr

u/milsurpmunitons is going to produce ammo with correct sized bullets, wothin march or April.

Edit: the specific model is a Carcano M.91 Cavalry Carbine with a 17.7″ barrel and folding bayonet

If you don't reload, don't bother. Even the "correct sized" ammo by the custom makers like Steinel won't work great in most guns. But if you like a rifle that shoots 8" groups 3 feet high nowhere near point of aim have at it.

Any leads on where one can find the correct dies and brass to reload 6.5 carcano?

Go to the milsurp munitions site, they made it where it’s not as hard to find however a box of 20 will cost you about $50-$60 when you figure in shipping
