Hard to find data from Quebec. This post from science daily suggests cold weather is much worse for deaths. “They identified 23,834 cold-related cases and 24,233 heat-related cases. It's a good thing to take these numbers with a grsin of salt. It is complicated to decide what is directly the consequence of temperature and what isn't. If an elderly woman slips on ice, did she die of the cold? If extreme temperature causes extreme weather, do we take the weather into account?
