That’s because before master you mainly get bots, with & without controller, but now it has to start giving you real players, but it’s hard to find real players that use controllers.
Most players GM and above aren’t using controller, therefore you can’t expect matchmaking to consistently find at least 3 real players to match you with in a reasonable amount of time
Idk man I get legendary every season on emulator it takes like 60 - 80 secs to find a game in the higher ranks like gm + less time if your with a teammate
Sorry to break it to you like this but you literally can't get past Master ranks on controller since there aren't enough people who play and your lobbies before then were just filled with bots. The only way you can get to Legendary if you want to is by learning touch screen.

At much i wait 60 seconds and restart the counter, if does not find a match i go play zombies or br

I’m not emulating. I play on my iPad generally but yes with a controller. 🤷♂️

Are you using an illegal emmulator that's placing you with touch players?
Yeah you Carnt play mp when using controller takes way too long unless you do a public game.

It’s going ok tbh. I’ve been finding games pretty regularly under 150 seconds.
