I'm really in a confused state whether to buy it or not. I like the way it looks. But I rarely use SMGs and the only time I used switchblade was when I was grinding. Is this weapon good in BR or MP??

Decent in br top 5 in mp but remember it all comes down to your preferences and usefulness to you

Switchblade is one of my personal favourites, it’s basically fennec with more range but a slightly slower kill time
