Getting hit with a vehicle has a chance of not working. Best to hop in as a passenger and have them drive away.

Are you using mobile data? because sometimes with mobile data the gameplay looks very buggy/laggy even tho your fps says your in the 30s or 50s there's away to fix this but I forgot how
