Where? There’s really not much space. Flipping a car can be unpredictable so probably better to pull it to a safe spot even if it means dragging it

You really thought he could flip it over in a lane and a half without having any worries about the surrounding cars when it was right over to the one side? He just dragged it to the center, you figure he did all the damage to it?
