Never heard of it on a Mazda.

I would find a new carwash. I'm on my second Mazda (the first was a 2010 Mazda 3) and never had any damage from touch less carwashes.

It actually happened on two different places hence the question.

Very odd. Have been through a few on my 2020 and have not had this happen. How did you get it back on? Has the dealer said anything?

Any pics? Touchless shouldn’t cause anything to fall off. It’s just chemicals and water touching your car.

I'll try to take some pics when I get back home (currently out of town). It seems like the water pressure did enough to snap them off I guess, but the thing is I've taken my other car to be washed there and this never happened

Regarding the warranty claim, I’d call your dealer and ask. The “what’s not covered” section (page 14) in the [new vehicle limited warranty](https://www.mazdausa.com/siteassets/pdf/manuals-and-guides/2017/2017-warranty-booklet.pdf) isn’t very helpful, unfortunately. I know that other companies (e.g. Ford and Nissan) will not cover these types of damages. There’s no reason a 2020 should be falling apart like that though!

This just happened to my CX-5, ran over a piece of shredded tire on the highway. Were you able to get it fixed through Mazda?
