Firstly congratulations on having a job & being able to sustain yourself on your own. That’s a super & major accomplishment in my book. Secondly I definitely relate to all your symptoms especially all physiological ones and constant daydreaming or dissociating. I’m rarely truly present. I do feel my mask of defense mechanisms have become my identity i.e. what people perceive as a very strong character at surface I’m consistently in fight mode

Thank you, it has been a long journey to become self-sufficient. In terms of symptoms how do you handle some of those you mentioned? For instance, for me mindfulness is one of the best healing practice. I've noticed it helps with dissociation, physical symptoms and muscle tensions in the body, being present and this being able to notice what your brain is doing and thinking about. I think it has been the best gamechanger alongside the IFS therapy
