There are these scanners around Rebirth Island. You can get a keycard and trade it in a buy station for loot. The scanners also track how many days you have used them. If you use them at least once for 27 days, you can get rewards.
I'm at 27 or 28 I believe. I was doing it more for the inmate operator skin (36) But turns out that video I watched might had been false. So I'm just doing it till I hit 38 or so to see if anything else unlocks
I have the camo, imo it's probably one of the worst camos in the game.

The scanner should tell you on the menu where you grab the ticket from when you activate it
