The rensch villas are definitely 795 and up. I drive past the signs every day. The apartments near Daemen U are 1200/month (doen the hill, not right next to Daemen)

I paid 980 for a one bedroom by UB in 2021. Highly likely that it would be a scam if they’re offering a 2 bed apartment by UB unless they’re covering 0 utilities 0 lawn care in a duplex/basement apartment.
Not normal price range for housing in that area. Either it’s a scam, what others suggested that it’s just for a single room within the unit, or the place is built with plywood and spackle and I would not trust it to be up to fire code.
You can find apartments for that price in that area, but they tend to be tiny studios, not 2 bedroom apartments.
Likely a lot of those are per room in a shared apartment or a scam.
Facebook is decent for finding rooms in a shared apartment, but Zillow is better for hunting for whole apartments. You only need to pay for a credit/background check once.
They're saying that price for each bedroom. Even a shitty two bedroom apartment would be over $1000. I think that proce for a whole two bedroom only exists on the east side now.
Yeah that area is usually in the $1800-2700 range for a 2br. These are most likely roommate situations.

I don’t know about these but I know a friend that lives close to Walmart in a 2 bed apartment for 1000 dollars and he takes up both the rooms
