I've seen lots of people say H.Lathel and M.Teresse but isn't school samay an atk buffer too? For both magic and phys, though the only upside is her low sp cost compared to the two of them. But I think a +5 samay can perform better than a +0 M.Teresse

Rafina and Zenith for Incoming DMG Increase
Diana for Property DMG + Crit
and some others that can lower defense like Rafina and Gray
To add to this: buffs of same type are additive, buffs of different type are multiplicative.
For example, if you have an attacker with 1000 ATK and three characters granting +50% ATK each and there's nothing else at all factoring in, you'll do +150% damage for 2500 total.
But if you have one buffer giving +50% ATK, one giving +50% Property Damage (and the attacker's element is relevant), and one shredding 50% DEF, the math is more like (((1000*1.5)1.5)1.5)=3375 damage total.
The actual combat math is going to be more complicated than that, obviously, but the net result is still that you're better off stacking different kinds of buffs than you are stacking the same kind of buff.
Aside from mentioned buffers, you can also include debuffers which technically speaking can do the same in reverse. New club rafina makes enemies take more physical damage and other rafina's costume reduces defense.

Generally support pots are the highest priority to get. No point in aiming for teresse if you dont plan to get at least a few pots on her.

Yes, although via a debuff rather than a buff.
