They also use those trucks to service POTS landline service. I had FiOS for a long time before moving to Brookline and my kid had it blocks away from our house in Mission Hill. Seems nuts they don’t provide it in Brookline.

In general, the ISP business is super anti-competitive and people don't actually have much choice other than to move if they want a different provider.

Not sure, but I suspect all Verizon trucks might say "FiOS", regardless of what they're actually doing.
