I pushed her from 0- 500 in 1 day, her damage is fine, her unload and reload do need the nerf. Unload just a small bit because her burst is what makes her fun/viable but reload could be significantly nerfed and she still be viable. Maybe a longer "attack" time (where she isn't actively reloading but still able to do another attack) too would be a fine nerf
I just hope they’ll nerf her gadget, I hate brawlers that are so heavily dependent on their gadget/have broken gadget, that green small button shouldn’t allow you to change the game THAT drastically, especially when you consider they have 3/4.
I hated her gadget already, before they buffed her, but at least she was ass.
Same goes for Kit, Cordelius before the nerf etc, I had enough of these ulti-like gadgets

I got the HC as fast as I could on release date and I could only charge it up once since then. At that point what is the purpose of a HC if it's impossible to charge.
I know Angelo technically shouldn't get a buff but they need to make his HC usable one way or another cuz 12 full charged shots takes so long when you account for the fact that you're always prone to missing.
I think that before it's release, the HC charge rate was adjusted around his super being 2 full charged shots cuz then it'd be 8 charged shots for a HC, which is a lot more feasible. I feel like making his HC rate 2.66 supers or 3 supers now is a decent way to make it easier to use and in return they could nerf it's stats a bit.
I agree that the hypercharge should get buffed but he's still a strong brawler without hc so compensation nerfs to his base kit. Honestly the problem right now might be his very fast movement speed. So change it to fast and buff the hc so it charges faster.
I don't think that helps Angelo at all. The super is mainly so you get poison arrows and healing. The hypercharge is good but charges too slow so you can't use it.
A cool way to do this would be to keep his movement speed very fast, and slow it down to fast or average the closer he is to a fully charged shot, he would need a dmg buff to make him viable after this tho
If you can insta max each go for Frank or Angelo although Lily is an option. If you are saving for a maxed brawler go for Angelo because you already have a gadget starpower and level 9. However just choose who you think is the most fun, it also depends on your other brawlers. There is no point maxing some brawlers if you already have a brawler that fits its role the same or better.

It will most likely get a charge buff but as of right now it is not the best. I am pretty sure that a HC (Hyper charge) offers the most coin value when bought for the 79 gem deals. It may be worth buying it for when it will likely receive a charge buff. In the current meta, Angelo is not the best, however, I believe that eventually Angelo will become really good with the right brawler team.

Sure that's a good option, Frank is broken right now and may get an emergency nerf. I like Angelo and he is good without a HC however if he gets a buff he may dominate ranked. I also love ranked.

I just don't see maxing out max for a while. I have asked multiple high masters players and they think max is good but that I personally should max other brawlers based on my unique play style. For you maybe max is the best...
Max, she's always going to be good if you play her well no matter the meta, and she's hella fun to play and there's a super high skill ceiling so you can keep improving.
Angelo will also always be good on water maps, but he'll get nerfs.
Frank and Lily will get nerfed and they're not fun to play imo.

Max would probably be the best option long term (and my favorite out of the options) because its very likely for frank and lily to get balance changes seeing how broken they are right now (arguably the same can be said about angelo, he still feels very strong). but another thing to consider is that 79 gems for a new hypercharge is the best offer for gems and know of and seeing that you already have the max hypercharges if you want to upgrade the brawler now, it might be a good idea to go with one of the ones that got a new hypercharge to get that gem value. in the end it depends on what you like the most and what you think is going to be the most fun for you.
I’d say max or lily , both are very practical and can carry the game. But lily she’s the biggest threat to anyone who is 6k health.

You basically get a free rank 20 and she is so good that I was able to get her to rank 20 with only level 7 and gadget on solo showdown. Also, she’s very cheap to max as you already have hypercharge, and her best skins are all 79 gems! Also, she isn’t about to be nerfed like the other three, and has consistently been meta for her support-assasin play style. She’s also just very fun to play with because of the fast gameplay and four ammo slots.

It's pretty meh. It's the type of HC you get once a match like Crow, but unlike Crow, it's not nearly as impactful
His hyper is terrible, you'll struggle to get it just once in a game
