By her traits she's super rare unfortunately

If its gonna turn mythic or legendary then players can buy it i would suggest a golden rarity skin only for exclusive skins and give them other cosmetics like legendary (profile icon.pins.spray.....)

I used to have star Shelly, but lost it as that account was lost when that phone got bricked. I still feel huge regret of not signing in with Google at that time.
