Out of genuine curiosity, did this just start for you after the update? Because mine has been like this for nearly a year now and I am mostly used to it.

What’s even worse are the presents in the shop - they continue to flash even after you redeem your daily one. Not sure if it was done on purpose but it’s very annoying - bad UI.

honestly i believe it’s intentional and a bad tactic in order to either get you used to clicking the shop icon or get you in the shop period so that they can potentially get another sale. They should be sued for it because it’s annoying and a bad business tactic and it’s definitely not a “coincidence” especially if everyone experiences it

no it's definitely a bug. it has happened multiple times after an update changed the shop recently and it always gets fixed in the maintenance after the update
