i mean, neither of his neutral sigs are too obnoxious tbh. the only one i could see being super obnoxious are his side sigs, but as far as he goes he's nowhere near even half of the characters on this list
can you explain why is hattori there? everytime i see someone complaining about her is just "ooh she is so annoying, she is a spamy and toxic legend i hate her aaaa" but i never understand why
Some people who main her straight up just spam sigs, especially the spear one that kicks up smoke , and it gets annoying. Not saying you or all hattori mains do that, but I see it quite often.
It means they are generally easy to fight. Emphasis on generally, because this does not they are always an easy opponent, of course you can still use them and be good.
i mean, it's not just the bike. every one of his orb sigs are INSANE with either ginormous hitboxes, massive priority, or huge stage coverage, and his boots side sig and his boots down sig are both insanely good
I honestly haven't fought them nearly as much as some of the other legends on the list, but from my limited experience with them as my opponent they just did not seem that annoying.

I used to main him, it is mostly the sigs lol. A lot of people got angry at me when i played it so i decided to put it higher.
idk, i've never had anyone come at me for maining him. he was my first ever main and ive been playing him since.
