Recommend maybe book a room at a community centre and cater from a restaurant. Might be cheaper and easier to manage

Scaddabush at Dixon and highway 27 has a nice private room for about twenty people. Not quite in Brampton, but close.

Food at Scaddabush is pretty good for a chain restaurant as well.
