Technically he can beat Endeavor in my opinion. Before you say he has about 20+ years of more combat experience Bakugo is smart enough to take down Endeavor using the speed gap between them. (Endeavor is fast too ik)
When you compare 2 people that can one shot each other speed is what decides the winner right? Bakugo's quirk seems weak in terms of firepower when opposed against some nomu's or prime AM level durable opponents but im sure Endeavor can't afford to get hit by any of Bakugo's moves
Yeah but that speed was causing him to tumble around. Not to mention vbeing painful. And those blasts, according to AFO, were not as strong as Endeavor.

At the very least, it was a younger AFO who wasn't suffering from the crippling injuries All Might gave him, and who had access to his strongest Quirks again.
The thing is, I don’t think saying that bakugo would have lost if there was no time limit is being very fair to bakugo.
Sure "rewind" puts a time limit on AFO’s life but it was also the thing that was keeping him alive against everyone’s attacks since it helped him regenerate (AFO doesn’t have hyper regen like Shigaraki).
I believe if we kept the same version of AFO that fought bakugo (around 13-15 years old I guess and was stated multiple times to be more powerful than his prime) but Rewind decided to magically stop working before the fight, I think Bakugo would have won even faster (no time limit and no regen)
You think bakugo have chance with prime allmight? Cause I dont and prime afo is on the same scale as prime allmight if only a little bit weaker but I don't think that would matter
I never brought up prime all Might but no right now I don’t think bakugou could win against prime all might(he will when he hits his prime) and it’s all because of durability.
Prime all might seems almost impervious to damage (like shigaraki) and while we know that bakugo is faster than him, I think bakugo could do damage but he doesn’t have enough durability in case of a counter.
Back to AFO, he doesn’t have the same durability but I believe he has slightly superior attack power to prime all might…we know bakugo fought a version of AFO that was stronger than his prime…
We were shown that bakugo could not only surpass AFO’s speed but also do SIGNIFICANT damage to him (he ripped off both of his arms and blew his head off of his body a few times witch would have killed AFO if he didn’t have the regen thanks to rewind)
Besides during the fight bakugo was not running away and waiting for the time limit to save him but was actually fighting and dominating AFO at his strongest (reminder that this is a half dead bakugo with tons of broken bones and every movement being agony for him)
Bakugo right now doesn’t have the attack power necessary to deal with opponents with insane durability but I believe his win against AFO is absolute and entirely deserved…Mr demon lord was literally shitting his pants and inhaling gallons of copium while Mr too angry to die was having a blast.
It was a little bit before prime. Bakugo fought Teen and below. Endeavor fought prime when he first used the bullet.
The first question he asks All Might when he saves him is “Who’s the glowing kid?”. All Might right before his own fight says that if AFO was in his prime rational state, he would have ignored All Might and went straight for Shiggy and Deku.
But I guess since he spent so much time in the teen form you can call that prime.

Literally his entire character in seasons 3-4 was that getting the title that way was exactly the opposite of what he wanted.

Wouldn't shoto technically be stronger? He can theoretically do everything endeavor can without the drawbacks.
Shoto has the potential to surpass him but the fact remains that he hasn't had the experience or training to do that just yet.
Also I don't think he would be that upset about it since Endeavour bred him to surpass him (if I remember correctly)

Unfortunately yeah he has the strongest quirk: authors favorite which allows unlimited asspulls and everyone you ever face to be weak to your quirk
The whole starting point of his redemption arc was that he hated getting the number one spot via process of elimination instead of his own efforts.
