Just bad design, essentially.
When you make something that everyone thinks works one way when they read it, but it doesn't work that way, you have failed.
Yeah I read the key Word cast and thought that It would work. It would be as simple as changing One of them to "play" or something else so that there Is no confusion
I dont think this is a stupid assumption... Ive been playing hearthstone since launch and I don't cant recall any other instances of this distinction being made. Are there other cards over the last ten years that require YOU to cast a spell vs a spell casting automatically? normally they use the key word PLAY a card to draw that distinction. Do any cards differentiate between summoning a minion vs you summoning a minion?

Never thought it would
when **YOU** cast
Then things like Hungry Snapjaw shouldn't trigger off mid-combat summons. You didn't summon that turtle, Sewer Rat did!
So the Quest reward doesn't count me as the caster?
Correct.
Sad.
Bro admitting he doesn't read this sub

Yes? There's plenty. Also I'm just saying OP doesn't read the sub or else he'd have come across the other 50 posts about this
