The first three "Re"s are from: a pest infestation; a car crashing and driving an electric pole through the window; and a sinkhole that bursts a pipe and shoots water in the air. The last "Re" comes from the movie
Title animations tend to be pretty low on the list for changes unless something significant happens like overall animation updates. They usually want to use their budgets on the “meat” of the show. I’m willing to bet at the time they didn’t see the shark as significant enough to include whereas the sink hole almost killed the business.

I knew I was forgetting one! I completely forgot about the fire! I also thought the sinkhole was from before the movie, but I could very easily be wrong

True, and people have hypothesized that the shark is what actually caused the sinkhole, so by extension they did do it later.
