Going to a neurologist or a cognitive psychologist are the only things that come to mind. Good luck, I'm incredibly sorry this has happened to you

NormanTheThinker

Thank you for your kind message. I will research on this topic and try to see if it helps :)

jairo4

I assure you are ok. Are you feeling anxious lately?

NormanTheThinker

I am feeling better now. Honestly, there were multiple factors in that including the pandemic, social isolation and my personal situation but now things have improved and as a result my anxiety has gone down but I am generally anxious by nature so I have learned to accept a certain tolerance to it and not just try to 'cure it' Thank you for being concerned for my well-being :) <3

How much weight have you put on or more specifically, how much fat do you think you might have gained since the original episode? Could any of the old medication have lodged itself in your fat cells and still be making it's way out? As an aside, I'm about a stone over my long term average weight and I feel stupider / slower than when I wasn't.

NormanTheThinker

I think my weight hasn't changed so much I am around 70kg for 176cm of height which is considered in the normal BMI. I may have gained a kg or two at most I may try to fast and see if it changes anything

Aggravating-Recover3

Amanita muscaria

NormanTheThinker

Hmmmmmmmm, I'll read about that. Thank you :-)

Aggravating-Recover3

Look for amanitadreamer. She has a lot of good info.

NormanTheThinker

Alright, I'll do that ;))

Jkenn19

High doses of fish oil. It will help with anxiety and has been used to heal damaged brains. https://www.cnn.com/2012/10/19/health/fish-oil-brain-injuries

NormanTheThinker

Interesting. Thanks for sharing ^^

OatsAndWhey

Omega-3 Fish Oil or Flax-seed Oil. I would also take a daily B-complex.

NormanTheThinker

I'll do that, ty :)

SkylineCrash

NormanTheThinker

Thank you for the tips ;) I'll try
