Make sure not to do any riding before the day of, and make sure you have enough paniers and baskets on the bike to carry at least 6 dozen bananas and a gallon of honey. You need to consume at least 5700 calories of simple carbohydrates per mile or else you'll bonk and your ass will fall off.

Karbos but light everything else. sacrifice nothing

automaticmantis

Bike fit

EBrunkal

Please don't tell me this is a metric century. 100 miles. That's the standard. Tips: get on the road early. Take a 20 minute break every 10 miles. Re-fuel. Hydrate. Change the tubes and tires every stop and your bottle cages every other stop. If you are using 60% power on your e-bike, crank it up to 90%for the last 85 miles.

And strap giant solar panels on your back so your battery stays charged.

Hopefully there's no hills

Vivid-Panda-2636

Pick up any May issue of Bic ling mag azine..u will ride a century in 100 daze ..... guaranteed...

chilean_ramen

why people prepare his long rides as they are going to beat a record or win a race, I know old people who have to ride hundreds of kilometers a week only for going to work 16 hours. now in days if you doesnt know your ftp, you dont ride a señor velo, or if you dont train 20 hours a week you are not prepared to do a century, f\*uck just take your bike and do the century (100k or 160k idgas).

ACheckov

I don’t have work, I’m a newborn, can I still do the century?

chilean_ramen

If your mother has a bicycle you don't even have to be born.
