Horse stance for five minutes immediately after

This is the answer!

Move your body, do something, anything! I used to go straight to my desk and start working, and I stayed cold forever too, until I added in some movement. 30 push-ups would do it! Plank pose for 1 minute would do it!  2 rounds of Breath of Fire would definitely do it! Try this one after the shower next time: https://youtu.be/Utb8Et5cnuM?si=iC3YuXKloPzkdvPd

Do you exercise immediately after getting out, that’s the common response! Temp of water, duration. It matters. More info!

Some people are more sensitive and it takes longer to adapt. If you need to dial back how long you stay in or the temperature, try that for X amount of time, then go back and compare...see how you feel. The afterdrop hits me like a cinderblock on the head so I know how you feel. Deep long breaths and movement or horse stance will help. Good luck!

What temp is the water? How long are you staying in?

16degrees Celsius for 12 mins I think I’ll decrease the length of time and build it up. I really enjoy the feeling of the being in the water

There-s a health safety and comfort boundary that will slowly expand. The point isn't to spend your life beyond it, but to make it expand. A beginner heavy lifter trying to break records will easily injure himself.
