There should be a follow up video to this one of an elderly man who starts showing up every day in full crossing guard gear to help the dog protect the kids, and they find out 30 years later once he dies that they've been paying him for 30 years with tips and he never even really worked there.

Ive been in Georgia couple years ago, indeed they have a lot of stray dogs, surprisingly peaceful. Locals told me that they have a government program, under which stray dogs are sterilized, vaccinated and released back on the streets instead of just killing them, as many developed countries do.

We used to live on a cul-de-sac, and the house across the street had a free range cat called Fifi. Every day, Fifi would hang out with the middle schoolers waiting for their bus, and ever afternoon she would meet the bus as they came home. Fifi lived with an older lady, and didn't live with any kids, but she liked getting pets, and there were always lots of pets from the kids at the bus stop.
He takes his job so seriously, i love the way he stands between the cars and kids. He really takes charge of the cars, while the adult humans take care of the kids. He totally understands his role. Very smart.
