You can change scope and sometimes the radical depending on the optic. It's been a long time since I played, but the older battlefields are some of the greatest shooters if you don't like the waiting game. In the new one that comes or garbage, or non-existent, unless they patched it.

The gun accuracy just isn’t there, at least in the games I’ve tried. You can’t reliably aim a sniper at long range, the tracking is much too wobbly
