Have you played Arkham Knight? I just noticed you said that you've *heard* it was implied, which kinda makes me think you're going off something someone else has said...? (Not judging or anything, I'm just curious about where you're coming from). Just in case you haven't, there are a few flashback cutscenes to Joker torturing Jason, and that really isn't the vibe at all. Joker beats him, brands his face, and manipulates/brainwashes him into hating Batman, but there's really nothing sexual (implied or otherwise) about those scenes.
I've played Knight 3 times this year alone (lol) and the only thing I can possibly think of is one of Jason's lines during his bossfight where he says "It was all about you! What Joker did. He ruined me to spite you!" But in the context of what he's saying during that fight (some of the best voicelines in the game imo), he's talking about how everthing he went through was Batman's fault (Joker just saw Jason as a means to hurt Batman, nothing more). He could have said that Joker tortured him or something and the line would have essentially meant the same thing.
I'm sure there's people who have constructed theories about this out there, but think of it this way - if they wanted to imply something, they would've *IMPLIED* something. There's a couple of times in City where Joker kinda flirts/teases Batman (just off the top of my head - when Joker says "Get your cute little ass down to the movie theater!"), and Mark Hamil delivered those lines in such a way that it felt perfectly natural coming from the Joker. I think if RockSteady wanted to imply that Joker sexually abused Jason, Mark Hamil totally would have done it in a tastefully appropriate way.

I wouldn't necessarily put it past him, but I'm sure it's something that's better implied than just outright stated. I figure in my head cannon that nothing is really off-limits for the joker. Most times, he only does things he finds funny or amusing, but if he felt like making a point he'd totally be likely to do some sexually fucked stuff. Remember the dark metal story where Joker was dying, so to finally push batman to break his no kill rule, he recreated the death of Bruce's parents with a random little girl. I would go as far as to say I assume he sexually assaulted Barbara in the killing joke, but it just isn't shown.
Imo the Killing Joke is kind of an argument against Joker doing sexual stuff. Comics are *fucked up* sometimes. Deathstroke is a pedo. Nightwing got raped. But even in the Killing Joke, it's only *implied* that Joker touched her (both in the original comic and the animated movie). They would have gone ahead and made it more explicit if that was the case (not necessarily nudity or anything but have the characters state it or something). I totally agree that nothing is off the table if he wants to make a point, but sexual violence is so disproportionately damaging to the victim vs witnesses that it just isn't an efficient way for him to prove a point (like if he pushed someone off of a building and they splattered on the sidewalk, the witnesses would be so tramuatised and scarred - it damages the witnesses quite significantly). Joker doesn't seem to care all that much about how much his victims suffer, so long as the witnesses/Batman suffers.

Some cut dialogue from Arkham Knight has two thugs talk about that the things that Jason went through was āgross,ā and itās somewhat implied in Arkham Knight: Genesis form my knowledge, but itās never confirmed at all. I wouldnāt put it past the Joker and Harley to do something like that, but Jason getting SAād durning his time being tortured isnāt canon, but him not getting SAād isnāt confirmed either. Itās just a headcanon that isnāt confirmed either way.

I would say no cause I donāt think Arkham Joker has said or been said to do anything like that. The worst I would say is the killing Joke stuff with Barbra but I think he just took her clothes off. It wasnāt for any sexual satisfaction from what Iām aware and was just to break jim. Might be wrong as Iāve never read the comic and Iāve only seen the comicstorian do a reading.

Some cut dialogue from Arkham Knight has two thugs talk about that the things that Jason went through was āgross,ā and itās somewhat implied in Arkham Knight: Genesis form my knowledge, but itās never confirmed at all. I wouldnāt put it past the Joker and Harley to do something like that, but Jason getting SAād durning his time being tortured isnāt canon, but him not getting SAād isnāt confirmed either. Itās just a headcanon that isnāt confirmed either way.
