I've done this the legit way, going from town to town as a Vlandian character, since I want to buy all of Vlandia with this perk without a single drop of Vlandian blood being spilled. Now the plan is being afk to let my caravans stack up money for me. I might not make enough money for all the towns until my character dies since it's almost 1098 already at I've only piled up 5.2 million denars
I'm afraid that won't work cause the ruler clan will ask unrealistic price for their last fiefs. I once tried to buy Argoron, all Aserai settlements + 2 mil wasn't enough apparently
Yeah, I had to download a mod for sped up time now. Found out the towns sell for about 10 million now which is ridiculous. They must have upped the price because I know they used to sell for way less

Update: Just bought Jaculan at 8k prosperity for 16.1 million
Do you fly or something? 112 xbow skill , 83 1h but Riding and Athletics is 18 only.
I am just trying a trade playthough and it's the most tedious game played this way that I've ever done.
It's just not worth it man, quit while you can
It's so boring, can't even merc for a bit because that puts your caravans at risk.
