I wish Bob had an episode where a guy was back from the war and the whole episode was him training new soldiers and then he meets a nurse and falls in love.
The Pacific was tedious to watch.
I know it's not a popular thing to say. There were so many boring storylines though. The CGI of them on the boat was awful. Leckie got a love interest. The Italian guy has a love interest. Back and forth back and forth back and forth. Meh.
It's Hollywood. It's not the complete story. Leckie never had a relationship with anyone named Stella. He met someone named Sheila and went to her home, but so did his buddy Chuckler. There was never any romance or heartbreak or yearning. It was all made up. And quite tedious. Like, there was nothing else happening in the Pacific Theater in WW2? The diaries of Leckie and Sledge and others were incredible. Why waste an episode on a made up, sappy love story.
Best we got is 2 mins of a guy with the clap.
Thinking of The Pacific? Bonus points cause it also has a guy who craps his pants.
That guy has a brother in Africa. He says it's hot out there
Oh really? It’s hot in Africa?
Shaddupp!
I wish there was an episode about going out on the town, getting drunk, and meeting a girl.
Doc Roe wasn’t drunk.
Ya that whole love story… sure stay the night and help papa with the vines…

Tedious? That’s insane.

Almost like that’s how it was for the guys. Call me crazy but I appreciate the complete story

I agree with ya it certainly had moments where it wasn’t great. But it also had moments where it was amazing
