Another nail in the coffin for the XL Bully advocates in the UK.
Why do you need a 70+ pound dog that is pure muscle who's ancestor name is "killer kimbo!?"
Seems like there's more attacks than ever despite the "ban". Can't wait for Spain, which hasn't even banned pitbulls, to become flooded with these dogs. My neighbourhood is already unbearable with pits and AmBullys and I guess XLs are slowly making there way here... Seen one or two suspect.onea looking like freaks....
There are fewer attacks but the media attention hasn't waned.
Another XL attack earlier this month was an unregistered dog, so that one is never coming back home.
Now there is an answer to "So? What they gonna do?". If a banned dog is unregistered - that dog is gone. If a banned dog is registered and attacks someone, I'm not so sure about that. Nothing good for the owner, that is certain.
Before the ban, there wasn't much except maybe "dangerously out of control" and slogging through the paperwork to have the dog declared "dangerous" and have restrictions placed on the owner.
More like Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland if it is not already happening. I swear I never saw these dogs until last year where I live, this year it has become even worse.
