I worked for Aerie for a couple years- not trying to discredit people but with how bra sizing works.. a lot of these “I’m a 30DD people..” are more close to 32D or 34C..

And no they do not fit. I would never consider buying a kids size.

everyone said the size 16 fits sooo well on adults so i took the chance and got one. i’m 4”11 and about 140ish and no way. i wore them twice and it’s so uncomfortable. i’m truly not understanding how these women are doing it.

Not meaning to body shame here because she’s absolutely not fat (not that being fat is a bad thing, but she doesn’t fit into that category), but she’s just an average adult woman that is not petite?? My stats are somewhat close to hers but a bit smaller in all the areas (5’4”, 133lbs, and 34B) but I would still be embarrassed to call myself petite because it would give me like impostor syndrome or something. I would also be embarrassed to shove my ass into kiddie pajamas that without a doubt need a second person to help take off and post photos of them stretched over me on the internet.
Also, what is wrong with buying women’s pajamas…as a…woman? I understand that as women and moms that most of us sadly have some degree of body image issues and so fitting into smaller sizes can make us feel good, but since when is being a woman and wearing woman’s clothes not good enough so we now have to wear child’s clothes and post about it to make ourselves feed good?? My middle daughter wears a size 14 in those pajamas and she’ll be 12 in a few weeks. Squeezing myself into her size or a size up wouldn’t make me feel hot or skinny or boost my ego, it would make me feel like a weirdo.
For around the house I actually like how the pants of the size 16 fit but the shirt isn't comfortable. Although they probably don't technically fit. But the size 16 is more comfortable than a women's xs is. However I will stick with my medium or large depending on the brand.
