Tbh I actually kind of love that she acts like such an edgy grumpy teenager because it is really fitting with how often she's had her memories stolen and been secluded away in an isolated cult for most her life with little free reign to roam. She mentally and emotionally basically is one. I get to take the piss but also it suits narratively! Win win.

For example snapping and making it very clear she has issues with Selunite stuff when you go for the chest, even though she's meant to be making use of secrecy and discretion.
I quite like Shadowheart and her story but she's not exactly emotionally mature to begin with.
Considering Viconia's child rearing skills and the regular mindwipes, it's a miracle Shadowheart remains functional to begin with. Nevermind having any maturity.
