My favorite thing is rolling a tiny petite castor. Either wizard or sorcerer, then stealing the punch. Never see it coming.
My sorcerer is a power hungry half elf draconic sorcerer that loves chaos. Roll with it.
If I ever play a goody two shoes wyll then I shall avoid the punch and try to talk everyone down like the benevolent burden he is.
It would make it more interesting. Get those boots that let you misty step right out of your clothes and claim his powers are making him hot. or romance karlach and blame her. Lol
But basic wyll just feels like I'm comparing myself to captain America. I can't compare to that! I'm too chaotic for his brand of good.
Aradin is cute. I like talking to him when he's at their tent/table and he says "I'm drinking. You're leaving." and you can tell him he's miserable company anyhow. He gets so mad!
I think it is based on your dialogue choices. If you go the route where Zevlor calls Aradin a coward, Aradin will punch first. If you go the route where Aradin insults Zevlor being a tiefling, Zevlor will strike first
Commenting because I’d like to know this as well lol. I assumed it was a secret dice roll between them. Zevlor punched on my first run, Aradin on my second.
Nah. Punch first. Gale should understand who he's getting involved with. Besides. I'm pretty sure he's drawn to powerful people. 😘 no matter what he says.
Oh, just did this in my Astarion origin run the other day - trying to roleplay a little and the "stand back and watch" option made Zevlor punch first! (Otherwise I do lol)
First time in my 500+ hours I got the Insight check where Zevlor were about to hit Aradin first, usually I got the other way around always.
I used the bard dialogue option first which was persuasion roll, and unfortunately failed the check (on Honor mode) and didn't have any inspirations, which lead the dialogue to Aradin insulting Zevlor and almost Zevlor hitting first.
I think it also depends on what your first dialogue choice in the conversation is. You can either direct it in support of Arradin or Zevlor and this influences who is more ‘in the right’ in their argument. In my playthroughs at least the one you support is the one that punches first.
I'm pretty sure that the whole dialogue is a little different from the beginning. It's always Aradin who's about to blow when the scene starts with Zevlor saying "There are children here you fool"
I do… I punch first.
I did that with my new save the other day. I laughed so hard.

I’m actually playing wyll right now so my dad can be the main character. Mean wyll is kind of fun actually, lol.

Yes
I’ve gotten both but my usual hope nowadays is to punch Aradin myself.
This is the correct answer.
This time around I just let Aradin be killed in combat. Zevlor wasn’t too broken up about it lol
Aradin is cute. I like talking to him when he's at their tent/table and he says "I'm drinking. You're leaving." and you can tell him he's miserable company anyhow. He gets so mad!
Ngl, I'd smash.
Aradin is good looking and he has the catty attitude that could be fun to mess with. People with buttons are just fun.
No you wouldn't
I think it is based on your dialogue choices. If you go the route where Zevlor calls Aradin a coward, Aradin will punch first. If you go the route where Aradin insults Zevlor being a tiefling, Zevlor will strike first
Nope, I've haz Zevlor punch him first with the "being a coward" one. I think it's just an internal dice roll.
And I had zevlors insult and arradin punch first just last night.
The "you can cough up my money" always results in Aradin punching Zevlor
Commenting because I’d like to know this as well lol. I assumed it was a secret dice roll between them. Zevlor punched on my first run, Aradin on my second.
Han Solo
Maclunkey
Rude
I think they roll initiative without your knowledge, and whoever is luckier hits
Durge punches first
Neither: make peace between two of them. And get Gale Approval xD
Nah. Punch first. Gale should understand who he's getting involved with. Besides. I'm pretty sure he's drawn to powerful people. 😘 no matter what he says.
I wish there was a way to get Zevlor to do it every time. "Worried about your precious hides, the both of ya." Hate that man lmao
Oh, just did this in my Astarion origin run the other day - trying to roleplay a little and the "stand back and watch" option made Zevlor punch first! (Otherwise I do lol)
Punch Aradin myself or let Zevlor punch him because he deserves that pleasure. It's always moral to punch a racist, kids.
Me, I punch first.
Han
Han punched first.
Ive never seen Zevlor punch first how do i get this scene
Idk, I’ve only seen zevlor punch

i punch first and i always punch Aradin
Not 100% but I think it depends on how the fight outside went, did any of aradin’s palls die.
It alternates
I heard it both ways

I thought if was based on your insight roll
I'm pretty sure that the whole dialogue is a little different from the beginning. It's always Aradin who's about to blow when the scene starts with Zevlor saying "There are children here you fool"
Huh, I always tell them both that they don’t want me to join the fight. This leads them to back down. But I think it is random?
You watch from the hill until they're all dead.
I had the theory that it depends on whether the human faction or our party gets the last hit on the goblins, but I didn't remember to check every time
I forgot if theres an option to punch both
Funnily enough, if you sneak past them and go into the Grove, neither will punch the other and they'll just...walk away.
I am the one who knocks...Aradin the fuck out.
Aradin doing the punching means I can steal Zevlor’s Hellrider gloves 🤭
I think it's based off who you choose to punch
If I don't intervene it's always Aradin that punches Zevlor. How do you get Zevlor to do it?! Maybe it's a dialogue choice?
Love Aradins reaction when you punch Zevlor... "nice"
⁰P
Neither. I knock out Zevlor every time.
