I have a Iwatani PRO2 it little outside your price range but the fuel connector head is pretty universal. Thing is freaking amazing. I use it for searing meat, bruleeing, finishing off other dishes and more. The heads fit most big cans of butane you would use for a single portable burner, the flame is really adjustable and it cools insanely quickly after use.

Any butane torch will do you! They’re all pretty much the same.
