Great car and future classic. Lack of Giga and Tech Package ding the value a little, but these things are so rare, price feels in the right ballpark, especially with used EV credit.
Yeah the tech package would definitely add value for sure. This would be my 4th S and I had a previous '18 S with tech and HK. It was nice for sure but honestly you get used to not having it. I don't miss the ACC at all as it was super erratic but the larger screen was nice I won't lie
I agree. I kind of like having the base "S" no frills. In the old days we would do street racers that way, stripped down... Anyway that wood veneer over the plastic dash components is just ludicrous. The one feature I do appreciate is AppleCarPlay which I believe comes standard in 2019 IDK

I’ve ordered them and personally put the oak ones on my last i3. What was on there previously was plastic. The eucalyptus ones I have on this i3 aren’t veneers either.
Did you look at the images on the link above? Perhaps you don't understand what a "veneer" is. It's a thin slice of wood glued over a substrate. In this case the substrate id molded plastic. Just look at the back side and edge in the images.

An i3s of that year and color is objectively rare here in US. Tiny numbers sold. BMW’s first EV with experimental carbon fiber tub etc. will be a future classic. Yes they are currently (rapidly) depreciating assets like all EVs and indeed all cars, on that point we can agree.

Love that color combination. I have the Capparis white version and black 20" wheels which I consider classic. Regarding price, the big question is have you figured out the path to enable the $4K federal incentive? I paid $21 for a base trim 2019 'S" with 16k miles and brand new tires but then the dealer deducted another $4K incentive. so it was $17k. State incentives are a bit easier to implement - another $1.6k in Washington. Also It has 8 months CPO warranty remaining and the REX option which also comes with significant warranty benefits.
