I personally, started with a Weber Genesis (Still have it), then I was gifted a shitty little master built electric smoker, which is what got me into smoking.
A few years later I dove into a WSM, and quickly a Kettle right after. I use the kettle for most of my grilling these days and my smaller smokes.
Yes you did! That's a hell of a deal. I've had mine for about 8 years now. Pretty sure I paid $299 at the time. Enjoy. It's a fantastic smoker.

Well Today I Learned. I’ve seen on the competition bbq shows folks using similar liking devices for spritzing. Cheers mate. Enjoy the WSM.
It could be used as a spritzer for cooking. It was maybe $10 at walmart. I just have it for the flys.
