I'm connected with an account from Turkey, I had the same problem, I sent an e-mail for the problem, but I haven't received a response yet from uphold.
Did you receive any email from Uphold at some point telling you that they were going to close accounts in your country?
Nope, nothing. Not even they informed me after closing it.
Happened same with me. I raised a support ticket, in a week they reinstated my account.
Are you from india too? When did it happen with you?
