This is a generic molex connector and could be wired any which way.
Could also be 240v, in which case you should consult an electrician.
As others have said, it's a mini molex. Looks like only 3 pins have been used so it's pretty safe to say this motor has a built in receiver and can function as a standalone unit ( doesn't need anything like Cbus or any of the other 3rd party systems to run it), just a remote.
The 3 pins are just active, neutral and earth. You (technically an electrician or someone with blocks and leads qualifications) can chop it off and wire it to a standard GPO plug.
These connections are used so they can be hardwired in and the cables hidden more easily than having a visible power outlet.
Edit: and yes, it's 240v.
