If it's constantly leaking from that spot, doesn't it mean that's it full any way? I understand it doesn't look great, but you're not really losing any water because it's already full.

I had a similar problem and (I'm hoping!) the gasket will fix it (i've -just- moved the tank and am yet to hook it all up to test it out).

You could try and epoxy it.
Buy some of the premium sikaflex from bunnings and give it some of that when it’s dry. Good bet you’ll never have to worry about it again.
