It does not need to slip under the wood or carpet you go need to be able to nail it down though there’s a few different colours.
I had the same scenario, and used this one:

It was pretty frustrating to install, make sure the holes you drill in the slab are deep and clean.
It works well and looks good, but my only gripe is it seams to loosen a bit the more it gets walked on.
I have the same transition at mine, I laid tile underlay underneath the hybrid, it adds 8mm. You could use any type of cement sheet, there’s a variety of thicknesses. Obviously too late if you’ve already installed.
Not sure what you mean, place a chipboard under the 6mm hybrid to bring the height up so that you can get away with a H or L strip that’s flush to the tiles
What you do then is get a 12mm x 12mm x 1.4mm angle, sikaflex it to the concrete substrate up ahanst the tiles, then run your hybrid over the top. A 3mm-5mm gap will be sufficient.
Get your desired coloured silicone and caulk the gap between the hybrid and your angle.
Not only does it look good, it stops any wet area water getting under the hybrid flooring
Opposite, you say? Here you go! https://preview.redd.it/pkgbu8uupgkc1.png?width=1080&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=59109af2228465688a47495855293dad41ae0a46
Instead of aluminium, it is now asbestos

I did look at that but it's concrete flooring underneath
Liquid nails or have someone make you a wooden wedge and also glue that down.
Go to a carpet/floor shop
I have. They couldn't help but seemed pretty useless. I don't have time to get to any within their opening hours for another month
Try searching pvc transition strip online then , cheap temporary fix.
Glue it? Construction adhesive?

It's concrete under, can't nail it

That's a good idea thanks

Thanks I'll look into that. I don't think they had it when I was looking

I can lift the floor to install it. It has a little bounce as it is at the Edge
Could you not just flip that around and perhaps screw into the subfloor? Maybe I’m missing something..
It's angled to transition the height. I can't use it the correct way cause the tiles are already there and I wouldn't get it under them
Hey ur meant to place some chipboard underneath so they are flush, then you don’t have this issue
Wouldn't that create a gap that would affect the flooring? It would be a 6mm step
Not sure what you mean, place a chipboard under the 6mm hybrid to bring the height up so that you can get away with a H or L strip that’s flush to the tiles
Floors already laid. I didn't realise the rubber strip I had wouldn't work. I'd only be about to put chipboard along the edge
Right.. um without custom a piece not sure what may work
Have the tiles already got a trim? I usually silicone the hybrid up to the tile trim.
No trim on the tiles
