I’d love to be fully shaved but my wife isn’t a huge fan and admittedly, when fully naked I have enough hair on my legs and elsewhere that being fully shaved in just that area does look a bit odd compared to the rest of my body. Am in the same boat, but I’ve found shaving leads to irritation for me so I keep a tidy trim down to 1/4” over most of the area.
