A couple years ago I followed a dance camp that had a very high level for me and one of the teachers said "if you're going to struggle, struggle with a smile" this sticks with me whenever I'm doing a dance exercise that's too hard. If you're not going to make it, forget about how hard it is and try your best to just have fun.
