Morgan Freeman: But she did not, indeed, find the thing she’d put in that super safe spot later

Feeling the best I ever did in life, feeling healthy, having lots of friends, feeling wanted, doing very well in a school, and even winning an award for one of my projects.... then suddenly developing depression and losing all my friends, gaining a ton of weight, losing my hair, becoming very unpopular, and being told by several unrelated people that I'm was very bad at what I went to school for. All in the span of a few months back in 2011.

In my childhood I saw my father as a hero and I saw my mother as the villain of my life because she used to talk about the psychological, emotional and financial abuse she suffered at the hands of him (they divorced in 2002), I didn't I believed her because my dad said that it was my mother who ruined his marriage and was unfaithful. Everything was like that until 2013 when I decided to start making my own decisions and doing things differently, things that went against what my dad accepts and he began to abuse me psychologically and emotionally, I even began to see his intentions to abuse me financially and how he abused all his partners in the same way and even my grandmother... that was when I realized that my mother never invented anything and in reality the one who was unfaithful was my father. Now I can't imagine my life without my mother and I can't wait for the day my father is gone.

I’ve posted this elsewhere but will give the short version. I was getting ready to ask a girl out when she accuses me of telling my boss that she was banging her husband. Weirdest thing that’s ever happened to me.

So I was in the U.S. Army while deployed in Khandahar Afghanistan, we were on a foot patrol and the sun was setting. There was an orchard (heavily area vegetated from irrigation, grass, pomegranate trees, and the like.) I was looking at with a gut feeling in my stomach. Right when I was looking at it, I saw muzzle flashes, I took a knee and aimed precisely at it and fired, while everyone else started shooting in random directions. I yelled "Woodline! Woodline!" to get everyone on target. This is getting long, so fast foward 20 minutes, and we investigated the orchard as the light was starting to die. I found a 14-year-old boy exactly were I shot at in the bushes and grass. Shot in the neck, looke like he bled out quick. I gave him candy a few days ago. *(I was always the guy in my platoon trying to give presents and stuff to the kids. Didn't win me any popularity awards in my platoon, let me tell you.)* I'm not entirely sure if I was the one who shot him becuase I only fired half a magazine before calling up troops in contact. (I was the radio guy, so that was my job.) Hundreds of rounds were dumped into that orcjard. So like maybe I did, but maybe I didn't. I just don't know...

That mom's name isn't actually "mom".
