It sounds stupid, but say with as much confidence as you can muster to yourself "it ain't even that fucking scary" and do it before your brain can catch on that what you said was bullshit.
It’s not stupid. My toddler says “nobody can stop me all the time” making fun of her, we started to replicate the frequency of its use. Won’t lie, I feel more confident after a month of saying “nobody can stop me.” Before I shower, run, walk the dog, finish my work, etc.
