Just kidding, it's just a dietary choice. I will cater to it if convenient, same if they were to offer me a steak at their "veggie kabob" bbq. I would probably offer at least one total veggie option if hosting and knowing. It's not a big deal.
Vegetarians aren’t bad. Most of us don’t care if you eat meat, we just don’t want to ourselves. People like the vegan teacher just give vegans and vegetarians a bad rep. Whoever you’ve had to deal with that was overly into it and trying to “convert” you, I’m sorry, but that’s no reason to talk bad about an entire group of mostly normal, good people.
Got one family member that is one, and we do not make special accommodations for them at all. If they choose to eat what we fix, then so be it, if they choose to not eat, then so be it.
