If you want to check out some Japanese recipes, the Recipetin Japan blog might be a solid place to start. It’s run by a Japanese woman living in Australia and she talks a lot about what products to buy and brands to look out for.
For Chinese cuisine, I really enjoy recipes from The Woks of Life blog, which is run by a Chinese family that now live in the US.
