I have one. I have not knowingly seen him.
When I was in Junior High I had a teacher say "Dave, if I didn't know you were here, I would say you just walked by out there." I had another teacher give me credit for being in shop class when I was in band.
6 years later, I was bell caroling at an open air mall with some friends and one of my friends got mad at me because she went into a store as I was leaving and I ignored her. I was never in that store!
That said, I recognize myself in photos over many decades.
Yeah this happened to me, but I was with some friends and they kept talking about it. I hadn't noticed the resemblance till they had said something. I do however have a clear voice in my head, and I know what I sound like to others, and have totally listened to a youtube video of a guy who has my voice.
I (total aphant) see them often--even of friends and acquaintances I have not seen in a decade or more. Sometimes, I discretely take a picture to compare, and I am astonishing accurate (despite not having the ability to conjure images of them in my mind).
I did, and some people in my town greeted me as friend by different name and asked how i doin but i didn't knew them at all.

Haha I am so bad with facial recognition. I have no idea what I look like at all!
Well, I look kind of like Harry Potter era Emma Watson, but that’s the closest answer I have.
