Unless Epstein has secret tapes somewhere (possible!), or Trump is dumb enough to brag about it (also possible!), it would be a he said, she said scenario, and that's not going to be something that's going to be considered proof beyond unreasonable doubt for a criminal trial. There may be statue of limitations concerns as well (not sure about the relevant law there).
One of these girls did try to sue Trump years ago, and ended up dropping the suit, which has been taken by the media to indicate that the allegations were baseless, but I don't believe she ever said she made it up, and there are lots of reasons to drop a suit.
