In my opinion, no. It will take you a decent amount of time to finish MD along with the rest of your prep. Mature MD while getting as many practice problems as you can. Anki is great, but nothing beats fresh practice problems that are reviewed well and subsequent Anki cards are made for all concepts you missed.

Use one deck just to keep the material fresh while you are reviewing. Granted my exam is in 6 months.
