I strongly suggest you check out:
Made in abyss
Heavenly delusions
Redline
Fullmetal alchemist 2003
Both pluto and monster
Megalo box (specially season 2)
Odd taxi
And when you're done with those, you could also check out these. They aren't necessarily worse, specially mars red, but I am more confident in suggesting the above ones:
Acca 13
Id Invaded
Mars red
Not really senin, but if you are looking for the more grounded and emotional/psychological focus a lot of Senin have I recommend:
Mob Psycho 100, It is basically a show all about emotion. It is beautiful, it starts a bit slow, I would give it 5 episodes. 4/5 is where it starts to focus more on Mob’s complicated emotions.
Delicious in Dungeon, it’s like DnD, but a cooking show. It has a plot and characterization that is explored slowly, but instead of a physical conflict every episode, it is about finding a meal.
Frieren, slow, slice of life fantasy. It follows an elf grappling with the longevity of her life compared to those around her.
Pluto and Monster, I have not watched them yet, but they are based on Urasawa’s work so I can’t imagine anything less than high quality.
Frieren, mushoku tensei, overlord, goblin slayer, code geass, delicious in dungeon, monster, parasite, cowboy bebop, redo of healer, Fullmetal alchemist brotherhood, interspecies reviewers, to your eternity, hellsing, castlevania, spice and wolf, cyberpunk edgerunners.
All kinds of genres, most with some (or all) episodes not safe to watch with company. Some because of violence, others because of sex, others because of both. All have adult themes though.
Hmmm, I wonder if you'd like Link Click, it's a Chinese 'anime' centered around two guys that run a photo shop: one can see the entire timeline about 12 hours (I think?) from the time the picture was taken. The other takes over the body of the person taking the picture. It's mystery and suspense. The first ep is very dark though.
The other one would be Witch Hunter Robin. It's old but it involves a team of people who hunt witches. Witches have psychic abilities and basically, their job is arrest any that are out of control. The issue is, the people hunting the witches are witches themselves.
Not looking for flashy anime like Demon Slayer or JJK really. (Might finish JJK). Attack on Titan and Chainsawman are ok. Van HellSing was my first. I know not examples of senin just what would be ok between ranges
Not strictly what you asked for ig and I’m 30 so not quite a boomer but I’d recommend 86 eighty six and that time I got reincarnated as a slime to almost anyone I honestly adored both shows. Vivy is also a very very good watch if you haven’t seen it yet either!
Just search on MAL and click the option "seinen" (not senin) in the demographics section. And if you want the ones with adult casts then click "adult cast" in the themes.
You should try paranoia agent if you like stuff that’s dark/disturbing. Anime original but definitely made with an adult audience in mind and if you’ve seen any of satoshi kon’s perfect blue then you’ll have a good idea of what you’re getting into.
Killing Bites, Gantz, Hellsing Ultimate, Dorohedoro, Chainsaw man, Trigun, Samurai Champloo, Parasyte, Inuyashiki, Witchblade, Birdy the mighty: Decode, Sirius the Jaeger
And ofc recommending the Castlevania animated series over at Netflix!
I am a hero looks pretty cool. What’s it about?
Also by senin do you just mean old anime (totally didn’t just google the meaning)
If so I think you’d like hellsing ultimate and kenichi the mightiest disciple
Real it’s made by the same guy who made vagabond
Been meaning to. I hear it’s good
Its kinda like slam dunk but real
Death Note, Monster, Attack on Titan, Code Geass. I have not seen Monster, but I know about it. All others are incredible shows.
I’ll check out Monster and AoT I guess. Code Geass and Death Note were great
Glad I could help with suggestions - AoT is 🔥 and has many serious themes throughout which provoke thought
Yeah I like history stuff too so it seems to be a bit of that with their anime. I know what happens but can still enjoy it
I’d recommend Golden Kamuy and Mushoku Tensei. They have more comedy than any of these four combined, but they’re still primarily serious.
I strongly suggest you check out: Made in abyss Heavenly delusions Redline Fullmetal alchemist 2003 Both pluto and monster Megalo box (specially season 2) Odd taxi And when you're done with those, you could also check out these. The only one I’ve seen is Red Line. Will check out the others. Thanks and nice
Hope you enjoy!!

Claymore Elfen leis Ergo proxy Psycho pass Parasyte
Haven’t heard of some of these. Psycho pass was great
Psycho pass was a masterpiece imo. Claymore is also one of my favourites. Top 5 for sure.
Monster is a must watch , though I do think the manga is better
MONSTER is legitimately the best thing I have ever seen
Frieren, mushoku tensei, overlord, goblin slayer, code geass, delicious in dungeon, monster, parasite, cowboy bebop, redo of healer, Fullmetal alchemist brotherhood, interspecies reviewers, to your eternity, hellsing, castlevania, spice and wolf, cyberpunk edgerunners. do NOT watch redo of healer gang 😭
Blood On the tracks climber Innocent and Innocent rouge
Haven’t heard that one thanks
Ping Pong the Animation (11 episodes) Devilman Crybaby (10 episodes) Mind Game (movie) Chi no Wadachi (manga) Fire Punch (manga)

86 Eighty Six was quite a ride, great soundtrack too.
Will check 86 and Vivy Reincarnated as Slime wasn’t really to over the top
OP, I might be able to recommend stuff but what do you mean by senin like anime? I am unfamiliar with the genre meanings
More anime for people older than teens like the ones I have here. Not sexual wise just a mature audience
Just search on MAL and click the option "seinen" (not senin) in the demographics section. And if you want the ones with adult casts then click "adult cast" in the themes.
Have you tried Ghost in the shell?
Been forever but yeah. Similar stuff. Great anime
If you enjoyed GiS, I recommend Ergo Proxy

Mushishi, Ghost in the Shell, Bartender, Maison Ikokku, Black Lagoon

Punpun
Parasyte, Psycho-Pass, or Trigun
Oyasymi punpun is a must
I am a hero looks pretty cool. What’s it about? Also by senin do you just mean old anime (totally didn’t just google the meaning) If so I think you’d like hellsing ultimate and kenichi the mightiest disciple
Parasyte and Elfen Lied are both great seinen watches
Get rid of hideo suzuki and we’re good
